This is a water-based decoupage glue. Is a quick-drying glue, which can be used with all types of paper, fabric and especially decoupage motifs from rice paper. Brush lightly onto the back of the cut paper and apply smoothly in place. Then let it dry. It is dry and clear after 10-20 minutes. Then apply a layer. Easy to clean with soap and water. Non-toxic. Certified according to EN 71 & CE.
