Can be used as glue, decoupage lacquer and protective layer. Does not penetrate paper and gives an even gloss.
Decopage: Apply pictures with Multi Coat, then apply two layers for protection.
Working with napkins: Use the top layer of the napkin. Coat the part of the object to be decorated. Place the napkin on top and carefully press the napkin into place with the brush with Multi Coat. Work the entire motif on with small pieces. Allow to dry thoroughly and apply two coats for protection.
